Deliver transformative change as a seasoned project leader in our cloud-based NetSuite Phase 2 rollout. You will oversee the end-to-end implementation, ensuring seamless system integrations and operational efficiency across the organisation.

This is a part-time contract role that offers you the opportunity to drive high-impact projects at the heart of Adore Beauty's growth.

About the Project

As the key project manager, you will be responsible for managing scope, timelines, and resources effectively. You'll partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver business process improvements and embed new ways of working across the organisation.

Your work will directly contribute to operational efficiency, better customer experiences, and future scalability for our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the NetSuite Phase 2 implementation and Cloud WMS rollout, ensuring successful integration with related platforms.
  • Coordinate integrations between NetSuite, Cloud WMS, and other critical systems.
  • Engage stakeholders across multiple functions, driving adoption through clear communication and change management.
  • Oversee vendor management with system integrators to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Track and report progress to senior leadership, highlighting risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
About You

You're a proven project leader with deep ERP implementation experience, ideally NetSuite or similar cloud ERP, paired with a strong grasp of retail, warehouse, or supply chain operations.

You're commercially minded, confident working across stakeholders from executives to frontline teams, and skilled in balancing technical delivery with business impact. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex programs.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Strong ERP implementation experience (NetSuite or equivalent), ideally with WMS/retail integrations.
  • A track record of delivering multi-phase, organisation-wide transformation projects.
  • Experience in retail or warehouse environments, with knowledge of fulfilment and multi-store operations.
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
  • Business process analysis and improvement experience.
  • Proven success driving change management and adoption across teams.
