Job Overview

We're seeking an Organisational Services Strategist to join our team in Canberra. As a key member, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering organisational psychology services to clients and supporting our passionate team. This opportunity allows you to make a significant impact by customising and delivering evidence-based training workshops, conducting psychosocial risk assessments and culture reviews, administering psychometric assessments, providing coaching to individuals and groups, implementing specialist recruitment programs, and completing reports as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver bespoke training workshops to foster growth and development.
  • Conduct comprehensive organisational climate and culture reviews, and psychosocial risk assessments.
  • Provide coaching services to individuals and groups, supporting their personal and professional advancement.
  • Administer psychometric assessments and assessment centers using in-depth interpretative knowledge.
  • Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes to foster positive and productive work relationships.
  • Assist in career transition services, facilitating smooth transitions for employees.
  • Attend onsite visits to deliver exceptional services directly to valued customers.
  • Engage in business development activities, including scoping, consulting, and proposing organisational development projects to customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Registered Psychologist qualification.
  • A Master's degree in Industrial/Workplace Psychology and Organisational Psychology (desired).
  • A valid driver's license and access to a car.
  • Availability to travel, with opportunities to visit remote sites and earn a competitive profit share bonus for overnight travel.
  • An Endorsement in Organisational Psychology (desired).
  • Hogan or other psychometric assessment accreditation (desired).
  • Mental Health First Aid Trainer accreditation (desired).

Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
