We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Service Delivery Strategist at Optus, driving the delivery of in-scope contracted services in the Network domain for our major clients.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure seamless service delivery, aligning with business objectives and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-efficient solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Maintain direct oversight of Major Incidents and Change in the domain, ensuring prompt resolutions and minimal disruption.
  • Work closely with third-party vendors to achieve optimal performance and meet contractual deliverables.
  • Track revenue, costs, and margins against forecasts, identifying opportunities for growth and process improvements.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Your Qualifications

  • A technical background in ICT Networking is essential, along with flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for delivering sustainable solutions.
  • Australian citizenship is required for security clearance purposes.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with experience in P&L management and ICT operational delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret operational data, identifying trends and issues.
  • Experience balancing operational and strategic needs, ensuring sustainable trade-offs that align with business objectives.
  • ITIL/ITSM certification is highly desirable.
