Scientist Role Overview

Job Description:
  • Support day-to-day operations of the Sleep Laboratory, including CPAP clinic management.
  • Provide scientific leadership to junior scientists in the Sleep Medicine Service.
  • Assist with ongoing quality assurance program development and maintenance, including ASA/NATA accreditation.
  • Contribute to software, instrumentation, and testing methodology development.
  • Collaborate on laboratory structure and function for safe and efficient integration of testing and clinical follow-up.
  • Participate in teaching/training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Previous experience across broad range of sleep physiological measurements.
  • Knowledge of scientific equipment and quality assurance metrics.
  • Leadership skills focusing on operational excellence and team collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
