Senior Sleep Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sleep Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our sleep laboratory.

  • Provide scientific leadership and mentor junior scientists in the sleep medicine service.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs, ensuring ASA/NATA accreditation is maintained.
  • Create computer software, instrumentation, and testing methodologies for efficient testing and clinical follow-up.
  • Design teaching/training programs for staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care.
  • Conduct research and develop new methods for assessing sleep disorders.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on patient data and sleep study results.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sleep physiology measurements and scientific equipment operation.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of statistical measures for accuracy and reliability.
