Job Opportunity: Sleep Medicine Specialist
Sleep Medicine Service Overview:
The establishment of an innovative sleep medicine service presents a groundbreaking opportunity for an enthusiastic and suitably experienced professional to develop this pioneering venture.
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing scientific leadership to junior scientists, assisting in the ongoing development and implementation of quality assurance programs, and contributing to the design and optimization of computer software, instrumentation, and testing methodologies.
Requirements:
- Previous knowledge and experience across a broad range of sleep physiological measurements
- Understanding of scientific equipment and quality assurance principles
- Proven leadership abilities with a focus on operational excellence and team collaboration
Supporting Day-to-Day Operations:
The role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the sleep laboratory, including the CPAP clinic, and providing input to the structure and function of the sleep laboratory to ensure the safe and efficient integration of testing and clinical follow-up.
