Project Management Opportunities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing projects across the organization.

  • Developing and managing project budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within approved financial limits.
  • Designing and implementing project strategies, processes, and contingency plans in consultation with key stakeholders and team members.
  • Identifying and engaging relationships with stakeholders across multiple business areas to ensure project support and success.
  • Determining project resourcing needs, participating in recruitment when necessary, and overseeing daily project activities.
  • Preparing and maintaining regular project progress reports for both management and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Junior Project Manager or at least 5 years of industry experience at a management level.
  • Relevant tertiary education in a business-related discipline.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and lifecycle phases.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and management.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Advanced project management and organizational skills.
Essential Requirements:

The following requirements must be met:

  • A current NSW Driver's licence
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
