Job Title: Project Coordinator

A career-defining opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Change Delivery team within the Consumer and Business Banking Technology division. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of projects across the Consumer and Business Banking Technology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coordination and administration support to the Project Delivery team to deliver project activities in accordance with the project plan.
  • Assist in tracking, managing, approving and setting up processes for project activities, resource requests, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Coordinate team meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, room booking and equipment organization.
  • Prepare communications and draft content for change initiatives and business-as-usual activities.
  • Assist in approval processes for funding requests and invoices.
  • Manage change risk and compliance obligations.

Requirements:

  • An interest in technology and a passion for customer service.
  • Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a team support role working on or assisting projects and providing a broad spectrum of project coordination and administrative assistance.
