About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to act as the liaison point between customers and Installers in the field.

Key responsibilities include enabling jobs to be scheduled in a timely and efficient manner, responding to enquiries, confirming installation bookings, and troubleshooting solutions to improve the customer experience.

This role requires confident customer and installer interactions, with the ability to manage difficult conversations when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with Installers to schedule jobs efficiently and ensure timely completion.
  • Identify and troubleshoot solutions to improve the customer experience and meet customer requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting a culture of respect and professionalism.
