**Immediate Start - Full-Time Bookkeeper Position**
**Are you ready to elevate your accounting career to new heights?**
Join our esteemed Northern Gold Coast Accounting Firm, with over 20 years+ of experience specializing in business and CFO services. Due to internal promotion and increase business our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and conducting bookkeeping tasks for client files and accounts. Your main duties will involve maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting the overall financial management of the clients' businesses. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to workplace health and safety policies. Other tasks may be assigned as required.
- Completion of a Diploma or Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or possess relevant experience in the field.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a similar role or within the same industry.
- Proficiency in utilizing accounting software such as MYOB, Quickbooks, and Xero.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Strong organizational abilities, demonstrating the capacity to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a firm commitment to upholding precision in processing business correspondence.
