">As a key member of our leading Private Equity Real Estate team in the Asia Pacific region, you will be responsible for working on fast-paced, varied, challenging, and complex strategic and transactional work across the entire capital structure.
">The team is one of the few recognized pure-play Private Equity Real Estate offerings in the Asia Pacific market, and this role will provide opportunities for growth and progression.
">Key responsibilities include working with leading global and regional private equity real estate sponsors, managers, and investors on complex transactions, as well as collaborating closely with specialist teams within the firm.
">Our team has a strong collective focus on self-development and supports individuals in achieving their professional and personal ambitions.
">Candidates should possess a world view, curiosity about macro events and indicators, and an Asia Pacific regional focus. They should also be drawn to a high-performance culture, be commercially astute and savvy, and passionate about delivering a first-rate client experience.
">Previous experience in private equity, funds, financing, or commercial real estate is essential, with exposure to structuring equity-style investment into commercial real estate assets preferred.
">Strong written and oral communication skills, drafting and legal analysis abilities, and the capacity to grasp complex areas of law quickly are required.
">Self-awareness, positivity, and the ability to work collaboratively with others are crucial for success in our dynamic and ever-changing legal landscape.
