  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Review contracts and agreements, including NDAs, fee rebates, ratings agreements, and sponsorship contracts.
  • Assist with regulatory lodgments to ASIC.

You Will Need:

  • A degree in Law or a related field; an interest in finance is preferred but not essential.
  • Previous administrative experience in a corporate environment.
  • High levels of organisation and time management skills.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong work ethic.
