**Transformative Business Development Opportunity**

Vendito is seeking a visionary Business Development Manager to spearhead our market expansion and drive revenue growth in the premium materials sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Strategic Leadership:** Collaborate with the State Manager to develop and execute a forward-thinking business strategy, capitalizing on new opportunities and enhancing our market position.

**Business Development:** Foster strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including kitchen companies, cabinet makers, builders, architects, and designers, to drive new business opportunities and improve client engagement.

**Market Analysis:** Utilize advanced CRM tools to track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity, informing business strategies and maintaining a competitive edge.

**Financial Management:** Oversee budget development and management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and efficient resource utilization to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

**Compensation Package:**

**Salary:** Competitive base salary starting at $110,000 per annum.

**Superannuation:** Additional contribution.

**Bonus:** Performance-based bonus structure.

**Car Allowance:** Includes fuel card and e-tag for business use.

**Work Environment:**

This full-time role is based in South Brisbane, offering hybrid work flexibility, with regular travel within the state and occasional interstate trips.

**Qualifications:**

Proven track record in business development and sales leadership, preferably within the construction or building materials sector.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaborative teamwork and strategic relationship management.
