**Site Management Role Overview:**

This role encompasses overseeing the installation and completion of modular homes and commercial projects on-site in Mackay, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of site preparation works (set out, footings, services)
  • Supervision of multiple site carpentry teams to deliver works efficiently
  • Planning, programming, and implementation of site installation and completion works (services, finishing trades, defects)
  • Acting as key liaison with clients during installation and handover
  • Maintaining all safety documentation (permits, inductions, SWMS, forms)
  • Arranging procurement and take-offs for site materials
  • Monitoring budgets and efficient project delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in establishing construction sites and ensuring site safety is prioritized
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to supervise subcontractors and trades
  • Strong client liaison and issue-resolution skills
  • Flexibility and problem-solving mindset when encountering challenges
  • Programming and planning capability for site works
  • Relationship-building skills with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Track record of 3+ years in the construction industry (trade background desirable)
  • Computer literacy for online inductions and reporting
  • Capacity to deliver under tight timelines in a fast-paced modular environment
