Imagining a better place starts with the right people. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Product and Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will be responsible for providing daily technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for our equipment range. You will also create and deliver training programs for our customers, sales reps, and partners.

In addition, you will collaborate with suppliers and brand partners to stay on top of technical developments. You will assist with product testing, prototype evaluations, and new product introductions.

You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with dealers, contractors, rental companies, and internal teams to keep the wheels turning smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of petrol/diesel engines, mechanical systems, and electrical/hydraulic equipment. They will also possess strong communication skills and confidence presenting to all types of audiences.

An analytical mindset and the ability to interpret service manuals and technical documentation are essential. The successful candidate will also have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and solid Microsoft Office skills.
