Job Opportunity: Equipment Specialist

This exciting role is perfect for a skilled mechanic or tyre fitter looking to utilise their expertise and experience to deliver exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Advice: Provide expert guidance to new and existing customers on workshop equipment, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Demonstrations: Sell and demonstrate workshop equipment, including installations and after-sales training.
  • Customer Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the equipment provided.
Requirements
  • Mechanical/Automotive Knowledge: Ideally have knowledge of mechanical/automotive systems and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Communication Skills: Be able to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical contexts.
  • Team Focus and Relationship Building: Possess a strong team focus and relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers.
  • Autonomy and Organisation: Have the ability to work autonomously, organising and prioritising tasks efficiently.
