The role of inventory manager is a great opportunity to join our facilities and be part of the planning and warehousing team.
The Job DescriptionThis job involves receiving, storing and dispatching goods within the supply chain. This includes checking goods to ensure they meet delivery standards, recording transactions in the system, packaging goods correctly for safe movement and delivery, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:- Receiving Goods: Checking goods to ensure they meet delivery standards and are accurate to what was ordered.
- Recording Transactions: Record transactions in the system to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Dispatch and Stock Transfers: Goods are packaged correctly for the safe movement and delivery of goods both external and internal.
- Maintaining Inventory Records: Maintaining accurate inventory records to avoid shortages and fulfillment delays.
- Calling Off Inventory: Calling off inventory from Procurement and Storage Warehouses.
- Maintaining Quality Standards: Maintaining QA requirements and record keeping.
- Stocktakes and Counts: Assist with the completion of stocktakes and stock counts.
As an inventory manager, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively and effectively within a team environment, ensuring the smooth supply and flow of inventory within the supply chain.
Other Requirements:- Drive Safety: Drive safety in each aspect of the day.
- Maintain GMP Standards: Maintain high GMP standards across the facility.
- Assist Other Departments: Assist other departments when required.
- Work Across Sites: Be available to work across different sites.
- Adhoc Duties: Perform adhoc duties as required.
- Receipt Accuracy: Receipt accuracy must be >= 98%.
- Inventory Accuracy: Team inventory accuracy must be >= 98%.
- GMP Standards: Warehouse GMP must be >= 100%.
