**Pacific National: A Leading Logistics Company**

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Pacific National, a leading logistics company in the industry.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of schedules and monitoring services to meet safety and operational requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to communicate important information about the train plan and ensure that all required systems are maintained to provide accurate information, communication, and reporting.

**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics and experience working in a fast-paced shift work environment. You will be a recognised team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships for results.

You will be responsible for:

  • Executing schedules and monitoring services to meet safety and operational requirements
  • Minimising the impact of disruptions to the service delivery plan
  • Communicating with stakeholders on the train plan
  • Holding network providers accountable for the operational plan
  • Maintaining all required systems to provide accurate information, communication, and reporting

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in logistics and experience working in a fast-paced shift work environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships for results
  • The ability to operate in a fast-paced shift work environment
  • Previous logistics experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively use operational systems and analyse data to optimise business efficiency
  • Critical thinking skills to enable quick and efficient solutions during the day of operations plan
  • Time management skills to enable effective deployment and resource allocation
