We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to take over a well-established client base, built over 25 years, with extensive trail commission and the ability to service existing clients and access referrals and leads.
About the Role
As a Senior Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for managing the mortgage application process, understanding clients' goals, needs, and borrowing capacity, and providing personalized lending solutions based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the mortgage application process with admin support
- Understand clients' goals, needs, and borrowing capacity
- Manage relationships with customers and referral partners
- Provide personalized lending solutions based on client needs
- Act as a liaison between clients, referral partners, and lenders
- Collect and prepare necessary client documentation for loan applications
About You
We are looking for a motivated and driven individual with strong experience as a Mortgage Broker, a robust technical background, and a passion for helping people achieve their home ownership and financial dreams.
