About Our Mortgage Broking Career

As a Mortgage Broker at Aussie, you will be the go-to expert for lending advice and expertise in your local community. With over 70% of mortgages now being settled by brokers, and Aussie ranking as the #1 brokerage in the industry*, we're on a high growth trajectory even after 30 years in the game.

Working primarily from an Aussie retail store, our Mortgage Brokers:

  • Manage customer enquiries
  • Field pre-qualified customer appointments booked for them by our centralised Associates
  • Provide lending advice and solutions to customers
  • Connect with the local community to build pipeline and referral partnerships

To achieve success as a broker, you'll need:

  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. If you don't have your Cert IV, we will guide you on how to obtain it
  • A background in sales or customer service. While Previous experience in mortgage broking or lending is advantageous, full training will be provided
  • Drive and determination to build a thriving business
  • A willingness to deliver exceptional customer experiences and to help people achieve their home ownership dreams
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary ranging between $60,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. On top of this, you can earn an additional income through commission-based sales, making your earning potential limitless.
