About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse/Midwife to join our dynamic Nursing & Midwifery Relieving Pool. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support the Women's and Children's Health Network's mission to deliver best practice healthcare to women, babies, children, and young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised patient-centred care, ensuring every individual receives tailored nursing or midwifery support.
  • Support the WCHN Relieving Pool by adapting to diverse clinical settings and delivering care with compassion and respect.
  • Empower individuals, families, and groups through health education and promotion, making a positive impact on long-term health outcomes.
  • Apply evidence-based guidelines and theoretical knowledge to foster positive and transformative care experiences.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. You will also possess knowledge and understanding of the role of the Registered General Nurse/Midwife within a healthcare setting.
