We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse/Midwife to join our team as a Unit Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical guidance and leadership across Maternity, Paediatrics, and general acute care settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and midwifery staff
- Oversee the implementation of nursing and midwifery standards and policies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve clinical excellence
- Recruit, develop, and manage a team of nursing and midwifery staff

- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- At least 3 years post-registration experience in nursing and/or midwifery
- Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing and/or midwifery practice
- Experience in the supervision of students, enrolled nurses, and less experienced registered nurses and/or midwives
