We are seeking Registered Nurses/Midwives to join our team at the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network. As a Registered Nurse/Midwife, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality nursing care, improving patient health outcomes across our sites.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred nursing care to patients across various sites in the Yorke and Northern region.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in education and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Current practicing certificate.
- Demonstrated experience in providing person-centred nursing care.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Competitive hourly rate with 25% casual loading.
