Our operations team is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our manufacturing facility as a Manufacturing Operations Associate.

This role will involve the production of goods to meet customer requirements, operating metal folding, roll form, and pressing machines, as well as general sheet metal equipment.

The Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Manufacturing goods to meet customer specifications
  • Operating complex machinery and equipment
  • Picking and packing products
  • Interpreting product drawings and specifications
  • Participating in training and development programs
  • Maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid forklift license
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop solutions that meet customer needs
  • Ability to interpret product drawings and specifications
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Commitment to producing high-quality products
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
