Are you a manufacturing professional looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your hands-on skills and experience? We are seeking an Associate to join our New Product Introduction (NPI) team in Alexandria.

The successful candidate will be responsible for running and improving production processes, including operating end-to-end runs at pilot and production scales, monitoring and troubleshooting issues in real time, and working with large-scale equipment. You will also contribute to the development of new biological manufacturing processes, provide feedback on process performance and reliability, and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth transitions from R&D to manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Running and Improving Processes:
    • Operate end-to-end runs at pilot and production scales
    • Monitor and troubleshoot issues in real time
    • Work with large-scale equipment such as stainless steel bioreactors, mixing systems, and fluid transfer setups
  • Contribution to Innovation:
    • Be part of developing new biological manufacturing processes
    • Provide feedback on process performance and reliability
  • Collaboration Across Teams:
    • Work closely with scientists, engineers, and operators to transition new processes from R&D into manufacturing
    • Share insights and learnings from runs to help refine processes and equipment design
