Job Description

This role involves working in collaboration with various stakeholders to implement and enforce effective control mechanisms governing risk management. As an Internal Control and Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring key risk indicators, reviewing supporting documents, identifying gaps, and driving process improvement to strengthen our risk management framework.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of internal controls and risk management principles, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Accounting & Finance, Business, Risk Management)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in audit, accounting, risk management, control implementation, or a related role
  • Strong and clear communication skills
  • Intermediate stakeholder management skills with the confidence to interact across all levels
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
  • Agile and self-starter
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
