Exciting Leadership Opportunity in Engineering Management

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering efforts and support the development of major energy network projects across Australia's energy transition.

  • Provide technical leadership for engineering during the tender phase of projects
  • Foster a culture of teamwork within the engineering team and across the wider business
  • Lead the selection and collaboration with external design partners, fostering strong working relationships
  • Assign key personnel and conduct peer reviews and technical audits
  • Drive engineering's contribution to business development, including building client relationships
  • Lead staff training and support ongoing professional development

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Engineering Manager on major energy infrastructure projects (HV, Substations, Transmission Lines)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., BSc Engineering)
  • CPEng or eligibility to obtain
  • Membership (or eligibility) with a relevant engineering institution (e.g., Engineers Australia)
