Job Title: Aviation Expertise Lead

Our Aviation team specialises in Air Traffic Management (ATM). We are seeking an experienced expert to lead business development activities, deliver high-quality ATM projects and build relationships with key clients.

Job Description

Lead business development activities to build Egis's ATM order intake in ANZ.

Deliver high-quality ATM projects for ANZ and Pacific clients.

Build and maintain relationships with clients including Airservices, CASA, Airways NZ, Civil Aviation Authority NZ, and Pacific Island Air Navigation Providers.

Collaborate with international Egis teams to leverage global expertise and deliver superior proposals.

Support recruitment and development of additional ATM resources as the pipeline grows.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • years' experience in Air Traffic Management / Aviation consulting.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record in winning and delivering work in a consultancy environment.
  • Experience working in a matrix, global consultancy, building relationships across regions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
