About the Role

This is an Expression of Interest for 2026 and beyond. We are seeking individuals who share our values of neuroaffirmation, strengths-based practice, and collaboration. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work independently while being part of a supportive and connected community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality therapy, capacity building, or assessment services to clients within your scope of practice.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to design supports that meet the unique needs of each individual.
Requirements
  • You are a teacher, psychologist, OT, speech pathologist, play/arts therapist, or allied professional who is passionate about working with gifted and neurodivergent populations.
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and grow in your role.
