Gifted Education Support Specialist
We are seeking talented professionals to join our team. We support gifted and neurodivergent kids, teens, and families, and many of us are neurodivergent ourselves.
Our practice feels welcoming and sensory-considerate. No beige walls, no cookie-cutter interventions. Just curiosity, respect, and a love of the work.
You want independence, but you don't want to do it alone. That's where we come in. We started as two teacher besties who believed collaboration beats isolation, and we're now looking to open that space to others.
We value lived experience, creativity, and collaboration. Our ideal candidate is someone who:
- Is neuroaffirming, strengths-based, and willing to learn.
- Excited to collaborate across disciplines and co-design supports that actually work.
- Comfortable working independently but wants the connection of a team.
The role could include:
- 1:1 therapy, capacity building, or assessment (within your scope).
- Collaborative work with families, schools, and other professionals.
- Optional small group programs, intensives, or interest-led workshops.
We offer:
- A calm environment that feels safe and welcoming.
- Flexibility around hours because we value balance and sustainability.
- Opportunities to cross-pollinate with other services.
- A values-led team that gets it and wants you to feel supported too.
We especially encourage applications from:
- Neurodivergent clinicians.
- Parents/carers of neurodivergent kids.
- Early-career or returning-to-practice professionals.
To express interest:
- Email us a short intro about what excites you in your work.
- How you like to work best.
- Why this opportunity feels like the right fit.
