Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality recruitment services, including developing job-based recruitment strategies and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand recruitment and placement requirements.
  • Improve the quality and efficiency of recruitment processes through innovation and refinement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date systems and databases for transparent communication and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in an end-to-end talent acquisition role, preferably in disability services or volume recruitment in a large complex organization.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines while adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Strong business acumen, focusing on delivering exceptional results that meet client and employee needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, embracing change and continuous improvement to achieve positive outcomes.
