Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment of future learners within designated faculties. This involves conceptualising, developing, implementing and reviewing domestic student recruitment strategic initiatives to meet overall undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment targets.

The role requires strong planning and project delivery skills, with a focus on delivering revenue-impacting events and marketing activities that are critical to the student acquisition journey.

Additionally, you will contribute to stakeholder relationships, consultation, and reporting, working closely with admissions, marketing, and faculty teams to optimise recruitment efforts and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a student recruitment team to achieve domestic enrolment targets for assigned faculties.
  • Develop and implement lead nurture and conversion plans aligned with university marketing and learner acquisition strategies.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and recruitment effectiveness to inform strategy and improvements.
  • Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and faculty teams to optimise recruitment efforts and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee team performance, CRM interactions, and participation in recruitment events to drive student engagement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience leading a student recruitment team or similar team, with demonstrated ability to meet targets and develop and motivate a team.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading the delivery of events.
  • Understanding of the current challenges and opportunities in the postgraduate market.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days on campus and 2 days remote. Appointment will be made on a fixed term basis for 13 months.
