As a key professional in recruitment, you will be responsible for providing advice and support to hiring managers on strategies and insights for talent acquisition while contributing to the entire recruitment cycle.
About The Role
This position is ideal for an experienced recruitment specialist who can deliver end-to-end recruitment, including developing job-based recruitment strategies and campaigns. They must also develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand recruitment and placement requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to improve the quality and speed of hire.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
- Contribute to the development of processes and systems to improve recruitment efficiency.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities and deadlines. A strong business focus, keeping clients and people at the centre of what we do, is essential.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in disability services or volume recruitment in a large complex organisation.
- Ability to work as part of a team, embracing change and focusing on continuous improvement to deliver positive outcomes.
