About the Role

We are seeking an IT professional with experience in information technology to provide exceptional support to our team.

This role involves monitoring and maintaining our service desk and network to ensure availability for all users based on business requirements.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of hardware, software, network, and operating systems, as well as experience with Microsoft 365 and Office 365 tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain service desk and network to ensure availability for all users
  • Provide technical support to staff, clients, and event partners
  • Manage IT equipment and network software in line with our policies
  • Assist in delivering IT strategic outcomes and devising project management plans on new technology rollouts
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging technologies in the IT industry
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in information technology
  • Microsoft 365 and Office 365 certification, preferred
  • Passion for technology and eagerness to develop IT skills
  • Quick learner with energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
