We're seeking an experienced healthcare professional to provide care and support to our residents at Bethanie Peel Aged Care Home located in Mandurah. The role involves hands-on care while working collaboratively with a skilled team focused on learning, safety, and resident satisfaction.

  • Carrying out personalized care plans in consultation with registered nurses and under their supervision
  • Assisting in assessing residents' needs and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date according to company requirements
  • Contributing to the physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs and wants of residents through empathetic care and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing high-quality patient care that prioritizes dignity, respect, and compassion

- Maintaining accurate and timely records of resident assessments and care plans

- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet the needs of residents

Requirements:

- Qualifications: Enrolled Nurse or relevant qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2 years in aged care or related field

- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
