Job Overview

This is a high-impact role within the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) department. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring that our workforce is protected and that we meet all relevant HSE requirements.

Key to this role is building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that HSE responsibilities are met. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to manage regulatory licenses and implement processes and systems for radiation and explosives management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HSE and/or Dangerous Goods compliance, as well as excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing radiation and explosives licenses and implementing management plans in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring continuous improvement of HSE processes and systems through regular assessment and review.
  • Monitoring changes to regulatory frameworks relating to radiation and explosives.
  • Coordinating and monitoring system for tracking compliance tasks and licenses.
  • Providing general HSE support to operational teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience in HSE and/or Dangerous Goods compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail; managing regulatory licenses, monitoring license renewal etc.
