Lead Radiation Therapy Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our Radiation Therapy team. This role will oversee the development and implementation of radiation therapy strategies across our global network, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement radiation therapy strategies to drive quality improvement and patient outcomes
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Radiation Therapists across our global network
  • Maintain expertise in emerging and advanced techniques in radiation therapy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of radiation therapy services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:
  • AHRPA registration or equivalent radiologic technologist licensure
  • Expertise in radiation therapy treatment planning and delivery, including emerging and advanced techniques
  • Demonstrated experience in staff management and budget oversight
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
