Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all compliance-related data entry. You will work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all compliance information, including serial numbers, dates, codes, and other relevant details.
  • Develop and implement procedures for generating Assessment Reports and Compliance Certificates according to legislative standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement in data quality and develop strategies for addressing these issues.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Radiation Safety Officer Services team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating catering, and performing other tasks as requested.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
