Key Responsibilities:
* Effective management of all patient Private Elective Surgery Bookings and Theatre Lists
* Effective and efficient patient administration activities according to hospital policies
* High standard of customer service, responding to patients and stakeholders in a timely, efficient, friendly and courteous manner
Requirements:
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Demonstrated operational efficiency
* Well-developed oral and written communication skills
* Time management, multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
* Sound understanding of medical terminology
* High standard of computer literacy
* Experienced WebPAS User
* Knowledge of E-Admissions & E-Referrals
