About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Theatre Booking Officer to join our friendly and hard-working team. As a Theatre Booking Officer, you will be responsible for the effective management of all patient Private Elective Surgery Bookings and Theatre Lists. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including internal and external teams, and will have direct patient contact.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient bookings and theatre lists efficiently and effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and stakeholders
- Perform accurate and timely data entry
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams
- Support the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High standard of computer literacy
- Experience with WebPAS and E-Admissions/E-Referrals
