Senior Project Coordination Opportunity

A leading Utilities company seeks a senior project coordinator to lead and coordinate resources for their largest, highly complex program of work across multiple streams within Billings and Collections.

About the Role

Reporting into the Program Manager, you will lead and coordinate resources to uplift Billings & Collections, working alongside a range of stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying, planning, managing and resolving risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions (RAID)
- Providing targeted communications and clear reporting to various stakeholders
- Ensuring successful delivery, project planning, execution and controls are integrated into current systems

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in Utilities with knowledge of the SDLC. Desired skills include:

- Experience working with large, high-profile delivery programs, managing and liaising with multiple work delivery streams across different domains
- Demonstrated experience working alongside PMO requirements for governance, steering committees and financial management
- Experience identifying, planning, managing and resolving RAID with clear reporting, demonstrated through effective communication to stakeholders
- Previous experience in utilities (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with and manage stakeholders who are both technical and business facing
