Executive Kitchen Supervisor

Our luxury hotel is seeking an experienced leader with a passion for hospitality to manage the day-to-day operations of our kitchen stewarding department.
About the Role- Lead and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Ensure exceptional standards of cleanliness and safety adherence.
- Supervise kitchen stewards during shifts and coordinate the team during banquets and functions.
- Maintain site cleanliness as per client requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts and events.
- Adhere to safety standards, including HACCP, food hygiene, and WHS requirements.
- Follow schedules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee deep cleaning tasks and ensure compliance with work-right restrictions.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role within a commercial kitchen.
- Proven success in leading and developing a high-performing team.
- Strong understanding of commercial kitchen equipment, chemical handling, food safety, HACCP, and WHS requirements.
- Good presentation, grooming, and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Able to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a leadership role within a commercial kitchen environment and a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene.
