
IT Helpdesk Administrator Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic IT team as an IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for internal customers to log IT-related issues.
You will use the IT Service Management solution ServiceNow to manage tickets as they are logged, either resolving the issue immediately or escalating it to Level 2 or Level 3 support agents or to external resolver groups.
About The JobThe successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and be able to provide high levels of support to our internal customers.
The ideal candidate will have relevant Microsoft certifications supporting client Operating Systems and experience working in the IT sector.
- Key responsibilities:
- Ticket management: Manage tickets as they are logged using ServiceNow.
- Customer service: Provide high levels of customer service to internal customers.
- Issue resolution: Resolve IT-related issues or escalate them to Level 2 or Level 3 support agents or to external resolver groups.
We are seeking applicants who possess the following qualifications:
- Mandatory qualifications:
- Relevant Microsoft certifications: Relevant certifications supporting client Operating Systems.
- Experience in IT sector: Experience working in the IT sector.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills.
