Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead our culinary team in Perth. As a key member of the kitchen management team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food production and maintaining efficient operations.

The successful candidate will have experience working in large kitchen production facilities and possess strong resource planning skills, including creating effective rosters for a diverse team.

You will also have previous experience in food manufacturing or volume catering and be proficient in integrated procurement, recipe, and production management systems.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience managing a diverse group of employees and promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
