We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Telephone Interviewer to join our research team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a polite telephone manner, and the ability to engage respondents with fluency in spoken and written English.

Key responsibilities include collecting valuable insights through outbound calls, maintaining data integrity, and participating in ongoing training and development.

Eligibility to work in Australia is required, and international students and Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome.

Punctuality, respect, and professionalism are essential at all times.

While experience in conducting market research interviews is highly regarded, it is not necessary for this role.

Successful applicants will be offered paid training under ISO 20252 and flexible working arrangements.

They will also have the opportunity to work with a leading global firm that prioritizes company culture and building a better working world.

Hourly rates start at $32.26, increasing to $36.08 after 50 hours of work (unless previously achieved with another employer).

Shifts are available Monday to Friday, 4pm to 8:30pm, with a minimum of three shifts per week from our South Melbourne office.
