Job Summary

We are looking for a sales professional who can provide friendly, expert service and advice to our retail, trade, and commercial customers. As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for generating sales, providing customer service excellence, and developing a detailed knowledge of our product range.

Main Responsibilities
  • Generate Sales
    • Actively sell the entire range of products and services at targeted margins
    • Follow up quotes and enquiries in a timely manner
    • Upsell and cross-sell products where opportunities are identified
  • Customer Service Excellence
    • Ensure every customer has the most outstanding customer experience every time
    • Actively engage with customers as they enter the store
    • Efficiently follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction guarantee is achieved
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop a detailed knowledge of the entire product range (tiles, bathroom ware, stone, and trade product range)
    • Keep abreast of product and market trends on a day-to-day basis to support being an expert adviser to your customers
  • Administration Duties
    • Process sales transactions and keep customer notes and details
    • Keep accurate records for clients and customers
    • Point of sale transactions
