We are seeking a Physiotherapist to work with clients in their homes, providing tailored physiotherapy treatment plans and collaborating with other health professionals for multidisciplinary care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Cardiorespiratory clients
  • Collaborate with other health professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Educate clients and families on healthy living and promote independence

The right candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management, and attention to detail. They will be able to work autonomously and maintain accurate records.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with AHPRA as a practicing Physiotherapist
  • Police Check Clearance
