Work-life balance Employee rewards Learning and development Competitive pay Family-oriented business environment Supportive team culture About The Role: Assess patients' physical abilities, medical history, and limitations Develop and implement personalized treatment plans Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy Monitor and document progress, adjusting plans as needed Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care Advise on mobility aids and assistive devices Promote health, wellness, and mobility through education and support Qualifications Qualifications Qualified Occupational Therapist (OT)Current AHPRA registration First Aid & CPR certification Australian National Police check Professional Indemnity Insurance Experience in community care assessment and planning Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle Smart mobile phone (i Phone/Android)Preferred Skills Preferred Skills Passion for high-quality, client-focused community care Cert IV in Training and Assessment (highly desirable)Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and in teams Strong time management and organization skills Commitment to ongoing professional development Residing in Western Australia is required
