Mental Health Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering short-term mental health interventions, including individual therapy under the Better Access Scheme and Employee Assistance Programs.
This position is ideal for a qualified Psychologist looking to expand their clinical expertise in a supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, utilizing evidence-based strategies and techniques from modalities such as CBT, ACT & DBT.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver brief intervention psychological counselling services
- Provide psychological practice underpinned by person-centred and trauma-informed approaches to psychological therapy
You will be part of a national team of experienced therapists working under Commonwealth funded mental health service programs. We believe in the benefits of a healthy work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements to support your lifestyle.
To succeed in this role, you will require tertiary qualifications in Psychology, full registration with AHPRA, a car and licence, and a National Police Clearance. We also value continuous professional development and provide opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
