We have part-time and full-time positions available in the Perth Northern and West Coast suburbs.

About The Role:

• Assess patients' physical abilities, medical history, and limitations
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting plans as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care
• Advise on mobility aids and assistive devices
• Promote health, wellness, and mobility through education and support

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Current AHPRA registration
• First Aid & CPR certification
• Australian National Police check
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Experience in community care assessment and planning
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
• Smart mobile phone (iPhone/Android)

• Excellent communication skills
